Returns and Exchanges

Our goal at See Kai Run is complete customer confidence and satisfaction.

Return Policy:

If you are not happy with your seekairun.com purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange unused items, in their original condition, within 45 days of the date of purchase. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise.  Footwear should be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only.

Please note that items marked "Final Sale" are nonreturnable. See Kai Run can only accept returns from products purchased through seekairun.com.

How to ship your Return or Exchange:

We have two options for our US customers to ship your shoes back to seekairun.com.

1. Return/Direct Exchange FREE with Happy Returns

Please Note: You can only initiate a direct exchange if you have an account and checkout while signed in.

  • Start your return by visiting our Return/Direct Exchange Portal Click here
  • Choose the item you would like to return, indicate exchange or refund and choose your drop off method.
  • You will receive an email with your QR code and a link to find a return bar near you.
  • Drop off your items in their original shoebox to the return bar of your choice. No other shipping boxes, labels or receipts are necessary.
  • Show your items to the store associate who will scan the QR code, confirm the items are present and complete the return.
  • Your return is complete and refunded immediately. If you chose to do an exchange you will receive a confirmation email that your new order is being processed.
    • Original prices honored on direct exchanges. No payment required.

2. Print a FREE pre-paid UPS return shipping label.

  • Please note that pre-paid UPS return labels should be generated from a computer.  Generating the label from a mobile device will not work.
  • Click here to start your return and create your pre-paid UPS return label.
  • Repack your items and include the completed customer return form located on the back of your order invoice.
  • Tape return UPS label to shipping box. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal the box completely.
  • Drop off return shipment at any local UPS Store. Return label must be scanned into UPS system within 5 business days from the date the label was created.
  • Find your nearest UPS dropoff location here.
  • For Canadian Customers:

    Return items must be sent in their original packaging and include the completed Customer Return Form located on the back of your packing slip included with your order:

    *Canadian customers and customers with an APO/DPO address are responsible for any fees associated with shipping back a return to our warehouse.

    Final Sale:

    Please note that items marked "Final Sale" are nonreturnable.

    Gift Exchanges:

    If you received a gift that you would like to exchange, the item must currently be listed on our website and in new, unworn condition to be considered for an exchange. Please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.

    Other:

    If any item arrives damaged, there has been an error in your order, or you feel you have received a product with a workmanship or material flaw, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.  If you purchased the item somewhere other than seekairun.com, please work with the retailer where the item was purchased.

    SEE KAI RUN 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

    At SKR International, LLC (“See Kai Run”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a See Kai Run product (the “Product(s)”) you purchased from us through one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement Product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the See Kai Run 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser (or gift recipient) located in the United States.

    How To Claim The Guarantee:

    To submit a Guarantee request, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-888-KAI-SHOE or customercare@seekairun.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your Product. If your request is approved, Customer Service will provide you with next steps on how to complete your claim.

    You must submit your Guarantee request within ninety (90) days of the date of original purchase.

    Guarantee Guidelines:

    See Kai Run reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the See Kai Run 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
