I wrote to customer service that I received two of the same shoe, but I never heard back from anyone. Then I sent the additional pair back, plus the empty shoe box of the duplicate pair and I still haven't received any communication from customer service. Not sure what is going on, but I would like to receive either what I ordered or a refund for the pair I never received.
