How do I redeem my loyalty points?
On Desktop
Option 1: At checkout
When you’re on the checkout page, look right under the coupon code box. You’ll see a spot to enter the number of points you want to use. For every 100 points you apply, you’ll score $1 off your order in the form of store credit.
Option 2: On your My Rewards page
Head to your My Rewards page. Under Rewards, you can:
- Redeem 500 points for a free shipping coupon
- Use the Points Exchange to convert points into store credit that is automatically applied to your account
On Mobile
Option 1: At checkout
Scroll to the bottom of the checkout screen and select Show Details. This opens the rewards section, and you’ll find the option to redeem points right under the coupon code box.
Option 2: On your My Rewards page
Just like on desktop, you can:
- Redeem 500 points for a free shipping coupon
- Use the Points Exchange to swap points for store credit that applies to your account automatically
Can I refund a coupon code back to points?
Yes! If you redeemed your points for a free shipping code and changed your mind, you can put those points right back into your account.
Go to your My Rewards page and look under the Rewards tab. In the Redeemed Rewards section:
- Find the free shipping coupon you want to cancel
- Click "Remove Reward" on the right side, under the "Apply to cart" button
This will void the coupon code and refund the points back to your account so you can use them another time.
Do rewards points expire?
Yes. Rewards points expire 1 calendar year after they are earned. Be sure to use them before they disappear!
