See Kai Run Photo Shoot

In this blog we’d like to share with you one of our favorite things about working in the children’s footwear industry…the seasonal photo shoot! Twice a year we reach out to customers and fans of the brand and ask them if they’d like to participate in our photo shoot in exchange for a $100.00 gift certificate. The response is always tremendous and we get a lot of wonderful kids. This past week we held our Fall Winter ’16 photo shoot and the highlight of the event had to be our visit to Country Village in Bothell, Washington, the site of our first day of location shooting.

If you live in the greater Seattle area or plan to visit, you must pay a visit to Country Village (especially if it’s during the holiday season). As stated on their website, “At Country Village meandering paths lead you through a whimsical world of trains, duck ponds, home decor, one of a kind toys, gifts, restaurants, antiques, and more!”

Although there was wind, rain, and cold the cast and crew were fabulous!

We’d aslo like to give thanks to the many wonderful shop owners we met while on our shoot, especially Tickled Pink spa, whose space we used for staging, styling, hair, and make-up.
