My son has special needs, and these shoes fit his hobbit feet so well. He wore them almost everyday for 3 months, and they did wear and tear. We got great use out of them. Very easy to put on and off. Wish there was a bit more traction on the bottom, but that's alright. They match every outfit.
My toddler has wide feet, and these were perfect. They are great for dressing up or down.
I wish I could get some high tops in leather! The fabric just doesn't hold up to daily wear by a 5-yer-old. I go through about 3 pairs of these sneakers before he outgrows a size. They get beat up fast ,sometimes starting to fray and develop holes after just one week of wear. We love the fit and the width, but I would really prefer something sturdier for the price. Moreover, I somehow sent my order to the wrong address, and when I realized it immediately after placing the order, there was no customer service available to cancel my order or change the address. I emailed them on the spot (the only option after 4:30 pacific time), and by the time they checked their email the next day, the shoes had gone out from the warehouse and apparently couldn't be retrieved. I found that to be pretty unbelievable. I live in Oregon, and my shoes were shipped to my sister's address in NY, and now I'm waiting for her to return them for me.
