I splurged and bought these shoes for my 18 month old as I want her to have shoes that are good for her developing feet. We received the shoes in late March and we were in love. They went with everything, were light for our hot climate and just sooo cute. However, in late April/early May we started to notice major wear on the shoes that we found unacceptable for the price. The velco started to be all pulled out which made it difficult to secure the shoe. I have had to cut hanging strings on many many times. Then yesterday, the velco has started to detach for the shoe itself. These shoes after shipping and taxes were $70 and meant to be worn by children. This low level quality is unacceptable and I will never be ordering from the brand again.
