Why does the "free" return/exchange cost $3.75? Can this "free" charge be added if for some reason I do need to exchange them for a different size?

In regards to your question, by paying the $3.75 Redo fee at checkout, this will allow you to generate a free prepaid return shipping label or a QR code for eligible shoes purchased within a 45 day window that you would like to return. This feature will also allow you to initiate a return for an exchange to a different style, and you can initiate multiple exchanges without paying any additional costs! Unfortunately this option can not be added after you have placed your order. If the Redo coverage is not added at checkout, returns or exchanges will be subject to the full return label cost.
