Our goal at See Kai Run is complete customer confidence and satisfaction.
Return Policy:
If you are not happy with your seekairun.com purchase for any reason, you can return unused items, in their original condition, within 45 days of the date of purchase. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise. Footwear should be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only.
Please note that items marked "Final Sale" are nonreturnable. See Kai Run can only accept returns of products purchased through seekairun.com.
Redo:
Starting March 2025, we have partnered with Redo to offer free unlimited returns and exchanges on your order for a $3.75 fee at checkout. Customers who purchase the optional Redo coverage are entitled to unlimited returns and exchanges on that order. The cost of return shipping will be covered for all returns and exchanges. Customers who do not add Redo to their cart must pay a flat cost of $7.50 for any return or exchange. Please note, the Redo coverage fees are non-refundable.
How to Return or Exchange (US Customers):
All returns must be authorized through our returns portal. Returns will not be authorized via phone or email.
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Redo returns portal.
You will need your order number and zip code or email address. After completing the return request, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and QR code along with a link to find a convenient drop off location near you.
If you choose "Instant Exchange," your exchange order will be processed and shipped immediately. A $1 hold will be placed on your credit card in order to process the new order. The original order must be shipped back using the provided prepaid shipping label within 7 days of requesting the exchange, then the hold will be removed. If the original order is not returned within 7 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the new order.
For Canadian customers:
All orders shipped to Canada are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.
Gift Exchanges:
If you received a gift that you would like to exchange, the item must currently be listed on our website and in new, unworn condition to be considered for an exchange. Please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
Defects and Issues:
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if any item arrives damaged, there has been an error in your order, or you feel you have received a product with a workmanship or material flaw. Defects and incorrect items should be reported through our Redo returns portal with relevant photos in order for us to resolve your issue quickly. If you purchased the item somewhere other than seekairun.com, please work with the retailer where the item was purchased.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At SKR International, LLC (“See Kai Run”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you believe the product (“Product(s)”) you purchased from us through one of our authorized sellers in the United States has experienced a manufacturer defect, you may request refund in the form of store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the See Kai Run 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser (or gift recipient) located in the United States.
How To Claim The Guarantee:
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-888-KAI-SHOE or customercare@seekairun.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your Product. If your request is approved, Customer Service will provide you with next steps on how to complete your claim.
You must submit your Guarantee request within thirty (30) days of the date of original purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines:
See Kai Run reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the See Kai Run 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
